| With the reform and innovation of BaoJi State Tax Bureau’s institution system and the waking of requirements on working place for modern office, the using pattern of document management and the requirements of automation have undergone change. Modern technology.which represented by the rapid development of Internet technology, leads the office system to the direction toward the Internet. Therefore, it is very urgent to develop a set of online office system according to the operating pattern of document management for City Level State Tax Bureau. And also this makes the City Level State Tax Bureau office Automatic and non-paper.Based on the demand of office automation and the information situation of BaoJi State Tax Bureau, this article designs and implements online office system based on J2EE. First, it designs general architecture based on the traditional J2EE three-layer model, and extends to a multi-levels structure, to ensure stability, scalability, reusability and maintainability of the system, also using Struts2and ExtJS Framework to refine the layers further. Second, it designs3kinds of function modules, which are system management, documents processing and assistant application. Second, it uses the team pattern to organize the uses. According to RABC, it forms user access model and defines the content of access. Third, it researches the detailed functions and business processes of4sub-modules in document processing, and highlights the details and processes of outgoing message, receiving file and subscription. Finally, online office system and user management system are tested and compared by client data flow. Test results show that the performance of online office system is better. Online office system introduced in this thesis, can provide advanced office processing tools, maximize office efficiency and quality of office and raise the level of office automation and scientific. It also builds an economical and low-carbon office environment. |
