| The production of fixtures and tools for aviation products has the characteristics of one of a kind, more variety and design change, difficult management, which directly restrict the manufacture cycle of aviation products. The material management of fixtures and tools often has many problems, such as many kinds of materials, different workflow with different material, overlapping management, no uniform plan and difficulties in forming a complete set and material tracking etc, which directly influence the manufacture cycle and delivery time of fixtures and tools. Therefore, researching material management mode and material management system in MES of fixtures and tools have an theoretical significance and application value.Under the background of material management of the fixtures and tools company in the air-craft manufacturing enterprise, the character of fixtures and tools manufacturing and the problems of material management were analyzed in this paper. The material management mode in MES of fixtures and tools was studied. A new material management mode and framework of material management information system in MES of Fixtures and Tools were designed. Material management information system is divided into six modules, that is fundamental data management, purchased, cooperative, inventory, work in process(WIP) and material input management. The relationship among the six modules was researched. The functional model, the informational model and database of every module were designed. The integrated model and integrated interface for fundamental data, such as main file of material, bill of material and process, between material management information system and the external system of MES were designed. On this basis, material management information system in MES of fixtures and tool was developed. The integration between internal sub-systems of MES and PDM/CAPP are realized. The system has passed the functional test with the typical data of fixtures and tools. |
