Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Personnel Management System Based On Rational Unified Process

With the development of Enterprises informatization and the rapid developmentof computers, Human Management System of company has become an important rolein the management of enterprise, especially when nowadays human resource ofcompany has become bigger and more complex and is hard for people to manage byhand. So the system will show more advantages in managing human resources andwill do much help in promoting the company into scientific and standardizedmanagement.Human Management System is the typical management information system(MIS). Information is a kind of effective resources, people are paying more and moreattention on how to effectively use the resources, and management depends much onthe quality of information. So it has become a challenge to manage informationeffectively, and the MIS will become widely for its important role in managinginformation, at the same time, it will promote the enterprise management tomodernization.In this paper, by using OOP，we use UML based on RUP into our development,UML is a universal language for visual modeling. It’s widely used in softwaredevelopment for its efficiency, It’s well defined and express. And as a combination ofother software design methods, RUP consists of many advantages of other methodsand promote them to a new level. So it’s well used in modern software design process.Based on the special need of company, we discussed the design and fulfillmentof the system. First, we introduced the background of the project, then we give a briefdesign of the system by using UML based on RUP, next, we give the fulfillment ofthe system and put it into use. By testing, we find the system work well and reachedour goals.
