Chinese Adolescents’ Image Appeared On American Mainstream Media And Reports Research

With the acceleration of China’s internationalization progress，China’s national image becomes more and more important. From the viewpoint of frame theory，the study tries to make an analysis of Americanmainstream media’s report on Chinese adolescents. The research also usecases to study how American’s mainstream media report Chineseadolescents，find out the regularity of these reports，and understandChinese adolescents’ image appeared on American mainstream media. Theresearch finds out that the image of Chinese adolescents mainly reportedby American mainstream media is positive，however，based on the frame modelof these media’s reports, they have a negative effect on China’s nationalimage propagation.
