Research And Analysis Of Fudian Bank's Network Equipment Operation And Maintenance Management System

This dissertation introduces the research about the Network device operation and maintenance management system of FUDIAN Bank.At present,various network devices in the bank's IT environment are managed by different teams.There are problems such as decentralization of assets and malfunction management,failure to repair malfunction in time and poor user experience,which have occurred several times of malfunction to handle in time or improper handle,resulting in the unavailability of part information systems or the decline of service capacity,and numbers of business and reputation losses.In order to change the current situation of operation and maintenance management of network device,through the research on standard specification of IT Service and commercial case analysis,and combined with the actual business needs.So we want to build a centralized network device operation and maintenance management system,to realize standardized management of network device assets and malfunction lifecycle,then improve the operation and maintenance management level of network devices and users' satisfaction with network device malfunction service.The dissertation analyzes and designs the system by using the object-oriented.In the business analysis,after analyzing the organization and the original business process and the existing problems,then get the transformed business processes.In the functional analysis,through the use case analysis and the use case description,got the basic data management,the malfunction report generation,the malfunction report analysis,the assignment management,the maintenance management,the statistical analysis and the system management.And got the overall functional package and sub function package diagram of the system.In the data analysis,through the data analyzed of that the system needs to be processed,and got entity information such as device information,service provider information,malfunction report information,order information and so on.And the entity class relationship diagram is given,and the database tables' structure is established.At last,the research and analysis are summarized.The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
