Analysis And Design On Painting Progress Monitoring System Of Marine Engineering Equipment Based On KPI

As an emerging industry, marine engineering equipment possess broad development prosperity. Developing marine engineering equipment industry vigorously has become strategic direction in further adjusting industrial structure, enhancing development scope, cultivating new economic growth points of China. "Second Five-Year Plan" had highlighted marine engineering equipment industry. At present, the constructions of marine engineering equipment are shifting to "shell, outfitting and painting integration" pattern, but painting which is one of three technologies of marine engineering equipment construction, whose construction progress and completion quality have increasingly obvious influences on construction quality and construction duration of marine engineering equipment. The paper enhances quality and duration of marine engineering equipment construction of China through researching on painting progress of marine engineering equipment.The paper sets marine engineering equipment painting as research objects, analyzes the present states and existing problems of painting management, proposes painting progress monitoring management pattern based on KPI, on the basis of it, analyze and design painting progress monitoring system based on KPI, the main work includes the following aspects:(1)Introduce the present states and problems of marine engineering equipment painting management. Marine engineering equipment constructions are shifting to pattern development of "shell, outfitting and painting integration", come to the importance of painting, and propose to carry out progress monitoring management of painting based on the current states and existing problems of painting management in China.(2) Establish painting progress monitoring index system based on KPI pattern. Choose painting progress monitoring management pattern based on KPI through researching on painting progress monitoring principles, combining with own characteristics of marine engineering equipment painting and comparing with advantages and disadvantages of various progress monitoring patterns, and further establish KPI index system of painting progress monitoring with the help of theoretical basis of KPI.(3) Summarize and analyze the demand of painting progress monitoring system based on KPI. Fully understand the existing system of XX marine engineering equipment construction enterprises, recover that which can not meet marine engineering equipment paintings'needs, further analyze the feasibility of monitoring target system. On the basis of it, analyze the demand of monitoring target system by section painting, closed fold painting and other processes.(4) Carry out logical design and physical design of painting progress monitoring target system under the pattern of KPI. Verify the accuracy and feasibility of target system demand analysis, solve "what to do" and "how to do" problems of target system, carding flow process and data process of new system, establish data dictionary, determine function module and application module of new system, determine specific implementation plans of new system.
