In order to meet the more and more complicated and high efficient management requirement, the equipment maintaining management system is developed as an important part of Shanghai Volkswagen Company’s manufacturing management informational platform in development. This system is mainly used to automobile assembling procedure management, and this thesis systematically discusses the system’s functional demand analysis, software design and programming implementation from software engineering view.Thesis presents this software’s development basis from the software engineering perspective in combination with manufacturing equipment management task contents and methods. On basis of manufacturing operation management notions and theories the software’s detailed demands is analyzed including basic information management function, equipment running data collection and processing function, equipment maintenance transaction management function and assisted defect analysis, computing and simulation function, etc. Limited by length, this thesis doesn’t give detailed discussion to some other important functions such as equipment defect analysis processing support function, equipment maintenance cost statistics function etc. On the basis of the functions decided in demand analysis, the thesis discusses this software’s design scenarios, including the system’s software development scenario, database design scenario and different modules’ internal processing flow scenario. It especially focuses on discussing the system’ s design scenarios such as the software’s overall design principle, software system architecture, basic data management module design, equipment running data management module design, equipment repair transaction flow design and assisted equipment defect simulated analysis module design. Based on the design scheme the software is implemented with C# and SQL Server database platforms.This system’s development uses technical architectures and scenarios supported by international mainstream standards which are mature and reliable. The system has been in trial status in the company’s automobile assembling manufacturing factory, and has positive effect.
