Research On MES-based Dynamic Equipment Management Information System In Manufacturing Enterprise

The equipment management is independent on the production process in historical manufacturing production management and divided by the dynamic change in production process; the equipment is managed according to the value itself instead of its importance in production. Though some enterprise introduced a great deal of computer management information system with systematism and integration, the equipment management module could be implemented by the static and independent mode. The static management system mostly included the equipment platform management, making the service plan and service afterwards record which can not fit into the request of dynamic change under the manufacturing management circumstance.The paper bring forward the dynamic equipment management system based on MES(Manufacturing Executive System) which implement dynamic advance alarm,dynamic trouble analysis,dynamic maintenance and dynamic spare parts management for equipment on the basis of integrating equipment dynamic and static information with equipment dynamic classification by taking full advantages of the MES characteristic of combining top plan management system ERP with bottom control system. This paper established the equipment classification method combining fuzzy math with AHP and classify for equipment according to the importance in the production. The paper bring forward the management method of equipment trouble advance alarm based on the equipment status inspection and build the information platform for equipment long-distance diagnosis. And classify the spare parts synthesis and bring forward the stock strategy and stock module for each kind of spare parts.The dynamic equipment management system based on MES combined equipment management with production process implement the dynamic and active management; it provide active increment service for enterprise management by excavating the dynamic data in equipment operation and increase the competitive ability for the manufacturing enterprise.
