Large-scale equipment manufacturing system is an order-oriented manufacturing system, which mainly produces parts and components with complex structure and large scale, and which products mainly involve the equipment or product line needed by iron and steel, chemical, automotive, marine, aerospace, construction machinery, etc, important industries. Large-scale equipment manufacturing system faces many problems during manufacturing system operation process, such as a wide variety of orders, poor implementation of production planning, long production time, and serious bottlenecks for equipment. The above problems lead to inefficient operation of production process and equipment running. Based on the analysis of large-scale equipment manufacturing system's characteristics and the problems faced by it, this paper researches on an information supporting system of production equipment integration for large-scale equipment manufacturing system, aimed at improving the operating efficiency of large-scale equipment manufacturing system production process and equipment running , and enhancing market responsiveness.Firstly, large-scale equipment manufacturing system's characteristics and its faced on problems are analyzed, and the architecture of the information supporting system of equipment integrated operation for large-scale equipment manufacturing system is studied. The overall structure of this information support system is constructed, which consists of operation system, component, service, presentation, integrated architecture, and QoS security management monitoring layer. The functional architecture and technical architecture of the above information support system is researched.Secondly, partly key technologies of the above technical architecture, such as information acquisition and system integration, are studied. An information collection method, based on information terminal and sensor, is proposed, and with the above collection method, an information acquisition platform, being able to simultaneously acquire equipment status and production information, is established, which is suitable for machine tools and heterogeneous CNC machine tools. The communication style of the information acquisition platform is also designed. In addition, the integration of enterprise inner system is studied, based on SOA and Web service technology.Finally, based on this thesis research outcome, an information support's system prototype system of production equipment integrated operation for large-scale equipment manufacturing system,has been developed, the system is practically applied in a metallurgical equipment's enterprise, and the good application results is achieved.
