Phthalic Anhydride Device Automaticpackaging Palletizing System Renovation

The Phthalic anhydride weighing and packaging machine of Jilin Petrochemical Co Dyestuff Factory is Italy imported equipment. The equipment has been running for over10years. Now there is significant decline in its packaging capacity. And its weighing error is large, its mechanical wearing parts is worned badly and replaced frequently. However, due to the expensive imported spare parts and long lead times, the production costs of the device is improved, the equipment maintenance is also extremely difficult. It can’t meet the production requirements. So the update of the packaging machine is urgent needed. The contente of this research is transformation of the packaging system control unit, using of PLC technology, inverter technology and servo drive technology. The transformation includes the shortcomings of the old automatic weighing and packing system, such as its control of core, detection device, operating panel, control components etc. Through the transformation, on the one hand, the packaging production capacity of this device and weighing and packing accuracy can improve, thus it can improve the competitiveness of the products. The other hand, it can strive to simplify the operation of equipment, reduce equipment downtime treatment failure frequency, thus it can reduce the improvement the human, material consumption and other production costs, and achieve the plant capacity maximization the benefits.The main content in this thesis includes the program development, system improvement, system integration; the key electrical componets selection, including the PLC, inverter, servo drive section; the design of process and control flow; the design of PLC control system hardware and software, and the design of operator interface.By the improving project, the overall work of the Group performance is significantly higher than former. The economic losses of low weighing accuracy is reduced, packaging speed is improved. The disadvantages of low productivity brought about by the production do not increase is solved.
