The automatic quota measurement packing technology is a new technology which these years only then develops, many research departments are preparing, to be engaged in the research development work. Intelligent control and optimization technology are applied to the dynamic quota packing weighing system to solute weighing precision and the weighing speed coordinated questions. It has aroused people's interest. If can find a better method to be able to satisfy the automated production the rapidity and the measurement accurate request and can successfully apply in the actual weighing, it inevitably has the huge practical value.The research of the rosin automatic quota measurement packing weighing system's control method involves the measuring element characteristic, the packing system's static and dynamic mathematical model, Impulse dynamic adjustment method, The packing control strategy as well as dropping variance' s elimination and system optimization. Based on the measurement packing knowledge, this paper emphatically discusses the rosin fluid impulse's dynamic adjustment method and integral separated the PID control algorithm based on the intermittent type advanced version integral the control strategy of the measurement packing system, passes in and out the flow characteristic in view of the rosin fluid concrete characteristic, determined the control method that suits the rosin automatic quota measurement packing system. The paper mainly solves:First, determination system model and design system dynamic compensator. Through the analysis of dynamic weighing system's control strategy and the integral separate PID control algorithm theory, designs the high accuracy intermittence type advanced version integral separate PID control algorithm controller. The paper discusses the realization of intermittent type advanced version integral separate PID control algorithm based on the PLC procedure, and uses in rosin measurement packing dynamic weighing analogous system, provides the basis for fast, accurate packing.Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the research conclusion.
