In order to overcome the existing problem, such as low accuracy and poor reliability, in the domestic batching controller, this article aims to design a multi-function, high accuracy, high reliability batching controller. Based on the analysis of the design requirements, the detail design and implementation method is given in terms of hardware, software, human-machine Interaction and mechanical structure. That is utilizing the new type of microcontroller and analog-to-digital converter with peripheral circuits in hardware design, and utilizing the structured design, time-sharing method, and the optimized combination of digital filtering to achieve the high-speed batching controller. For a variety of interference to the batching control system, the subject analysis the national standard GB/T17626, and points out that the anti-interference performance of the industrial instruments and systems is relay on the hardware architecture and software design. Combine the hardware design and the software design to achieve a stable and efficient anti-interference batching control system.As a major innovation point, this article discuss that the batching control system has two kinds of noise, high frequency and low frequency. The moving average filter combined with first order of the inertial filter composite filtering algorithm for high-frequency noise. In addition, the low-frequency parameter drift, such as weighing sensor and front-end analog channels are discussed. And then, developes a software-based drift noise separation algorithm parameter drift errors from the sampling signal. And also eliminates the calculation error of the noise signal estimate function. Static test and product type test data show this product has high accuracy and practicality.
