As the most effective way to utilize wind energy resources,wind power has been regarded as an important part of sustainable development and economic growth in China.Programmable controller(PLC)is considered as the core component of wind power generation system which can adapt complex working environment.However,high stability and reliability of PLC are demanded for the fan control system.In the industrial control system,the excellent electromagnetic compatibility is used to measure whether the stability and reliability of PLC system meet the requirements.According to all kinds of EMI interference problem happening in fan commissioning phase for the domestic PLC system,electromagnetic compatibility is needed to improve imperatively through " Localization of fan controlled PLC system " project.In the thesis,a set of solutions about electromagnetic compatibility problem was proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis of EMC,and this solution was successfully integrated into the localization of PLC design process.Based on the analysis of the current EMC design technology which was helpful to improve the reliability of PLC electromagnetic compatibility,simulation tools were used to analysis the design scheme.Finally,EMC reliability verification was carried for the complete localization of PLC system through engineering instruments.The major works of the thesis are as follows:(1)Research challenge and key technology of PLC electromagnetic compatibility technology.Combined with the state of PLC electromagnetic compatibility at home and abroad,existing problems of PLC electromagnetic compatibility design were considered.Moreover,the interference source and interference signal were analyzed about wind turbine generator set,for example,transmission and coupling.The interference mode was decomposed into weak magnetic field coupling and weak electric field coupling.Two port circuit model of them were built to calculate interference voltage and current.EMC technology used many in engineering project was analyzed,such as shielding technology,filtering technology,grounding technology,isolation technology.Topological structure of EMC design which was suitable for the thesis was proposed.(2)Schematic design of electromagnetic compatibility Simulation experiment.Schematic design of communication ports for the domestic PLC system were designed including the Ethernet interface,CAN interface,bus adapter interface,power interfere,digital and analog sensor signal port.The Altium Designer software be used to design and simulate the PCB for electromagnetic compatibility.In the thesis,after the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of device modeling were analyzed,the advantages of IBIS model were elaborated and the signal integrity and power integrity verification of PCB have been verified;(3)Case verification.Through the surge signal generator and pulse group signal generator,PLC system electromagnetic compatibility solutions in the paper have been verified,results are displayed through the upper computer software.If the imperfect design analysis are appeared,electromagnetic compatibility principles analyzed,design changed,and then verify again.The electromagnetic compatibility project was discussed in this paper has acquired 3C certification(General Certification Center),which is applied to ChenZhou of DaChong wind electric field.The safety and reliability of PLC operation were improved,and It has good application prospects and popularized value.
