Research On Granary Monitoring System In Temperture And Humidity Based On Wireless Sensor Network

Temperature and humidity are important for the quality of the granary. If temperature and humidity exceed bid, it will lead to mildew, but also to the country causing losses. Therefore it is important for us to manage the granary scientifically. However monitoring the temperature and humidity of granary for traditional cable method, this system makes use of microcontroller multiple communication to detect temperature and humidity. Because the granary is a large area and difficult to wire, Using short-range wireless communication can detect temperature and humidity in real time. It has the advantage of low cost, low power consumption and high efficiency.This paper builds wireless sensor network using ZigBee technology and presents the monitoring system of the temperature and humidity for granary based on wireless sensor network. Firstly it introduces the current development of the Granary monitoring system and development trend, presents the overall design of wireless monitoring granary then it introduces the hardware, software design and ZigBee communication protocols of this system. Finally, this paper introduces the test result of the system after being installed at granary. After the preliminary design and implementation, the system checked by running test has basically achieved the intended purpose. In the process of hardware designing, the system chooses CC2430as the RF chip and the MCU of the node, chooses SHT11digital sensor as collecting the temperature and humidity, The total system uses battery power supply in order to realize the low power consumption and the low cost.
