China’s coal industry occupies important position in national economy,the security ofcoal mining is closely related to the stable social situation. In recent years, many large-scaledomestic mining have began apply monitoring technology to industrial production, this playssome role in ensuring mine safety. But the existing coal mine safety monitoring systemsmainly adopt the cable network form, along with the extension of mine mining, the sensornodes can’t flexibly access,the expansibility and coverage of network is inadequate. In orderto solve these problems, based on the mine monitoring comprehensive requirements, thispaper applys sensing technology, wireless communication and optical fiber networktechnology to the downhole monitoring system, which avoids the disadvantages of wiringdifficulty and flexibility poor, and makes the entire mine more information andintelligentialize, so as to improve the security of coal mine production.Accroding to the current situation of the domestic and international researches, in thepaper, the low power consumption and high performance CClll0 chip is the core of wirelesssensor node, the modular structures of nodes are systematically designed and explained,including micro processor, radio frequency, sensors, energy supply and sound and light alarmmodules. This thesis mainly studies the function, topology structure and network mode ofSimpliciTI network protocol, sets up the wireless sensor network on the basis of networkprotocol stack, develops and debugs node programs on the user application layer. The paperanalysises and improves the SimpliciTI network Frequency Agility (FA) mechanism, andproposes an network access mechanism based on MRSSI channel prediction algorithm,aiming at FA blindness when switching channel. This thesis uses configuration softwareForceControl 6.1 to design monitoring platform, which real-time displays gatheringparameters, sends control instruction to fixed equipments through the gathering nodes, torealize the fixed interval sampling and the control of power saving mode. Finally, this paper tests the wireless communication distance between the nodes, networkstability,environment parameters, and the power consumption of mobile node. The resultsshow that the mobility of the network terminals brings new levels of flexibility and makes theconstruction of network more convenient. Wireless sensor network can work normally incertain outside interference, and realize scene data acquisition, wireless communication, datadisplay, alarm function by means of hardware configuration. The entire project has somereferential value for the realization of the underground environment parameters monitoringsystem.
