The Realization Of Workflow Management System In Cooperative Office Environment

As information technology continues to deepen, interconnectivity of information sharing has become the current school education information that is the building of e-government is facing a major issue. The particular feature of university business pushes the collaborative office to become one of the core issues during the building of education e-government the construction of digital campus. As a kind of technology solution for process automation, workflow technology performs outstandingly in improving the efficiency of business processing, in optimizing the business processes, and ultimately, leading to the elevating the management in university to a higher level. With the help of the Web-basing workflow technology, this dissertation aims to achieve effective collaboration of the business in the university between different application systems, different levels, and to bridge the coordination between different organizations and departments.Cooperative Office Information System is used for eliminating all types of information within the island in enterprise, achieving the information sharing and collaboration between Enterprise departments and personnel by the a unified enterprise information platform to achieve the management to correspondence, marketing, personnel, assets, and ultimately improve the management level of enterprises and operational efficiency. Cooperative Office Information System has realized the application integration, for example the personnel management, the documents management, asset management and so on all are completely integrated with the overall, so user only obtain the information and completes the essential operation in the unified platform and the interface, instead of switching between different platforms, databases and applications, it has realized among the various departments to work together. An inter-departmental, multi-staff job will be to our own unified planning and scheduling under efficient completion.This dissertation firstly gives a detailed analysis to the features of collaborative office and workflow technology when applied to the digital campus applications. Secondly, gives analysis and research on the workflow model. Once again, aiming at the platform specific environment in cooperative office working environment, describe the function that meet to Workflow Management System; the realization plan for Workflow Management System based on the digital campus collaborative office environment is proposed in this dissertation. It also elaborates the Workflow Management System the concrete realization which combines school Stipend Approved System. Finally, workflow security issues were discussed.
