Use PCI2006data acquisition card collect the voltage or current signal from sensor, then transfer it to computer and complete data acquisition. By Establishing industrial PID controller and PC communication, control the pressure, flow rate automaticly. By Kingview software and data acquisition card and intelligent module communication, design the test system of data acquisition and control of dynamic monitoring picture, as well as the configuration database of Access data storage. Through the computer a powerful data processing capabilities and superior performance, processing a variety of communication command, data storage, data processing, graphic display, data export, print and other functions.Finally, we test and debugging the experimental device. The Lab VIEW programming language is used to design the experimental report interface for data collection, calculation, analysis, and use Lab VIEW curve fitting function mapping measurement data the relation curve between, complete experimental report.. |
