Measurement System Based On Labview Trainer Stick

With the continuous development of modern science technology and economy various measure and test instruments are required to accomplish more and more complicated jobs in measuring, monitoring and automatic manufacturing. And the demand for measure technology and test equipment is getting higher. As a result, the testing cost increases by a wide margin. Especially the military test domain obtained the widespread application in the test automation domain.This project is for one factory of CASC, It aims to solve the problem that it is impossible for a pilot to manipulate a plane simply through the force he sensed by his hands. This paper adopts PC and multi-function Data Acquisition Block (DAQ) as core controlling equipments, and other sensors relays as secondary equipments. The software design is the key part of the system design which based on LabVIEW development platform, includes data acquisition module data processing and display module, User Access Module, as well as some hardware drive procedure. Data acquisition module, which is made up of the initialization procedure, the parameter setting procedure and signal acquisition procedure, mainly accomplishes the acquisition of the force &displacement signal. Data processing and display module achieves the signal transform through Least-squares method and Lagrange interpolation method. A database was constructed and connected with the on-line monitoring system through LabVIEW SQL Toolkit, transfers database to realize data storage and inquiry, exactly displays the signal at the different time and the trend via the united way of the numeric display and the graph. User settings and user management module to achieve competence, password settings, Allows an administrator to set user privileges for different users authorized, Different users of the system can have different permissions.
