Research And Realization Of Meat And Vegetable Information Traceability System Based On Data Mart

As the necessaries of daily life, meat and vegetable play a important role inpeoples’ dietary structure and the amount of consumption is large as well. So thequality of meat and vegetable has the direct relationship with peoples’ health and lifesecurity. But the food safety incidents happened in recent years have made bad affects.For one thing, these incidents were deeply endangered people’s heath, for another,many skeptical voices arose to our meat and vegetable supply. And further more, theincidents damaged the reputation of our country’s agricultural products. Therefore, it’surgently needed to build a meat and vegetable information traceability system.After the appearance of food safety incidents, many foreign countries have maderesearch on information traceability system, and now, the application of this system isappeared in the fields of beef safety, turkey safety and grain safety. America,European Union and Japan have done in-depth study on this field, and they have hadnot only the relation laws but also the design standard and the application platformaccording to the standard. As for our government, food safety is always the keyemphasis in work. Some pilot projects about information traceability system haddeveloped in many areas, and made encouraging progress. Meanwhile, we also findsome problems that limit extend and apply of traceability system.First of all, it’s the cost problem. Its inevitable fact that cost will be increasedwith the building of traceability system, but we don not have an impeccablecooperation system and many agricultural producer are the single peasant household,and the main consumers of meat and vegetable are public person. There is no reasonto solve the cost problem by sharing costs among the above people. So theinformation traceability system in our country should be finding a balance pointbetween system building and traceability effect. Second problem is about traceability process. Many present traceability systemsmade an aim on wide coverage area, and want to trace and track from produce sourceto consumer. But this opinion is impossible on meat and vegetable for theses’ varietyof varieties and circulation channel.The last problem is about data sharing and utilization. The trace and trackprocessing involve mass data and heterogeneous information system, and sometraceability systems provide interface of data collection for these mass data, but haveno normalize disposal to data. All these problems worth deep research and discuss,and are main problem that this paper tries to resolve.This paper first adopt information traceability theory to model the major circulatenodes at the basis of anglicizing circulate process of meat and vegetable, andmeanwhile, we remold the operation procedure of open fair. At the basis of the abovework, we describe an economically feasible model of trace and track. Secondly, weimplement data collection by use of Web Service, and the collection procedure alsocontains data cleaning and user validation. Thirdly, we introduce data mart totraceability system’s data structure in order to improve data utilization. We buildmodel of upload data according to the definition of data model of data mart, and thequery interface is provided to users at the basis of data mart. Finally, we design andimplement the information of meat and vegetable traceability system.
