Personalized information service is an important trend of the development of library information services. Personalized information services of library by users’ needs, based on idea of Web2.0, the technology of Web2.0as an approach, connected with the nature of library, provided proactively personalized services to satisfy the needs of users. It emphasized the idea of User-centered and advocating participation and share, relied simple and growing developmental Web2.0tools, and brought a new vitality for personalized information services in university library by the intelligent and flexible mode of operation.Currently, the theory and application of Library2.0personalized service also continued to explored, and needed to further improve. Therefore, the paper firstly summaried the meaning, features, models and application examples, and described understanding and awareness about personalized service on the Library2.0.Secondly, the paper explored the necessity and feasibility of Library2.0personalized service based on users’demand, and emphasized the rationality and science of user-oriented library2.0personalized service. Meanwhile, by the survey of university libarary network in American, mainland China, Hong Kong Region and Taiwan Region, we analyst the applications of Library2.0personalized service between domestic and foreign, and pointed out the gaps and shortcomings of construction of Library2.0personalized service. Then, the paper, selected "My Den" personalized service system as an example, carried on a case study.In order to understand the application, needs, and recognition of needs based on readers and library staff, the paper conducted a questionnaire survey and field visits on1,000readers120library staff. On this basis, we gained the awareness, use and application level and demand situation for Library2.0personalized information service by readers, and find the recognition for library staff about users’needs, analysting the data.On the basis of the theory, technical analysis and researching data, the paper has a gradually in-depth study on university Library2.0’s personalized services model. First, we constructed the architecture of the university library2.0personalization service; Second, integrating the core elements including users and staff outside the libarary, technology, information resources, services, processes, platform and environment, the paper constructed six dispersion-models of Libarary2.0personalized service, including individual classification customize model, personality Pushing model, personalized information interactive model, personalized reference service model, personal navigation model, and personalized information retrieval model. Finally, we summried six disoersion models to construct the total model of library2.0personalized service. We explored the measures to solve the problems of library2.0personalized service, including users’ participation and privacy, information security, management and maintenance mismanagement and conflict of interest issues, by constructing the mechanism of users’ incentives, information security, dynamic management for system, and coordination of interests, and improved the internal and external environment for library2.0personalization services.
