Tianjin University Library Personalized Information Service Optimization Research Network

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the user’s information needs become more diversified and personalized, the traditional information service mode of library is difficult to meet the needs of users, therefore, personalized information service has become the important content of deepening the information service of university library, collecting different kind of personalized information service to help users to obtain the required is an important task for university library under the network environment. In this regard, in the development of university library construction, we must change from passive to active and initiative to meet the personalized information needs of users, provide personalized information service for the customer. In recent years, in China, research on the university library personalized service also gradually increased. In this situation, through the research of personalized information service of Tianjin university library, I try to find out the difficulties and problems in the process of personalized information service of university library. In view of the existing problems, I will put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion, and I hope that can enhance the quality and level of personalized information service in Tianjin University library.First, this paper summarizes the ordinary background and the significance of the study, the current research results on the basis of domestic and foreign for the individual characteristics of the information service are discussed, then the important theoretical foundation of personalized information service of university library under the network background are discussed. Under the guidance of these theories, some application status of personalized information service in Tianjin university library websites were investigated and compared, further careful analysed and discussed. Finally, the existing problems of Tianjin university library service are summarized, then some measures to solve the existing problems are proposed.
