When the servers product have quality problems, the traditional method of quality tracking record of all aspects of staff to query the causes of quality problems, but this quality tracking methods have failed to meet the quality of the users, sellers and producers to quickly resolve the serverthe requirements of the problem.Based on the above, the system uses the tracking method based on the quality of UHF RFID technology server, focusing on three key technologies of the trsceability system of information collection, data analysis and comparison of the trace function interface. The main work of the paper is reflected in the following areas:(l)According to the traditional manual testing methods what have three defect like high error rate态unable to quickly query and retrospective difficulties, give needs analysis and project planning to tracking system of the server products. using UHF RFID technology reasonable layout the RFID reader in important node, and writing the conditions in these reader, then achieving collection the information of servers life cycle in real time, accurate and comprehensive;(2) Accroding the requirement of quickly determine result of tracking,optimize the design of database based the function of tracking system,using MySQL to design a trace database and standard database to analysis data collected in trace progress,it can analysis the imformation and result quickly;(3)Accroding the requirements for the traceability system,and the system need friendly interface to querying the results of tracking,I use SWT toolbox design the interface and function in the Eclipse development environment,the interface can display tracking information and analysis results.Through testing and varifing the system, the system can achieve a comprehensive collection and automatic identification of quality data, monitoring the quality information of servers throughout the life cycle process in real time, analysising the reason to ensure the next step when the server has quality problem, the system has some practical value.
