Study On The RFID-based Garment-make Data Acquisition And Process System In Baoxiniao

This dissertation is composed based on the project "Reasearch on SCM based on RFID and its Application in Apparel Industry" (No. 2005C11034). Based on reading the status of research and application of RFID and integrating actual production of Baoxiniao apparel Ltd. which is project demonstration enterprise, it researched on the application of RFID technique in process of garment-make, especially focused on RFID applications program, RFID raw data processing model and application system oriented data processing technique etc of garment-make process,and on this basis it developed a RFID-based garment-make data acquisition and process system.As a kind of wireless radio frequency identification technology,RFID,which first appeared in the Second World War, is recently considered to have a revolutionary impact on logistics.In chapter 1,the concept,production and development course of RFID technique were introduced. Then the application situations,application areas and current major issues in application of RFID technique were summarized.Finally, the framework of dissertation and researching contents were proposed.In chapter 2, the status and problems of garment-make and management in Baoxiniao were introduced. Then the process of production logistics and logistics environment of RFID technique in enterprise applications were detailedly studied.Meanwhile, feasibility of applications of RFID in links of garment-make was analysed.Finally, scheme of RFID-based garment-make and logistics management system was put forward.In chapter 3, a garment-make logistics description model was established and application scheme of workshop grade, production lines grade, sections grade, work spaces grade RFID was proposed, and the application scheme of sections grade RFID was realized as the best plan.Combining with corporation's practicality, in garment-make process, the scheme of arrangement design of RFID read-writer and construction of RFID supporting system were established..In chapter 4,taking how the raw data from RFID read-writer transform to the data needed by upper application such as workshop management and production management as the center, data processing model which is the core of data acquisition and process system was researched. And three preprocess models were put forward, all of these models were basis of realizing transformation of RFID raw data.In chapter 5, on the basis of taking the supervision of products in process, production schedule control and production capacity analysis as examples, the application oriented RFID data processing course and technique were researched, and concrete implementation technique was given.In chapter 6, main function modules of the RFID-based garment-make data acquisition and process system were introduced.In chapter 7, all achievements of the dissertation were summarized and the further research work, which will be done from now on, was put forward.
