The level of Agricultural production in China has made a significant improvements in recent years. Seed industry which is the start point of agricultural activities plays the important role in the development of agricultural production. From the perspective of the industrial chain,seed industry covers germplasm innovation, variety breeding, production and processing, sales and follow-up service. China's seed industry development advantage resources mainly concentrated in variety breeding, but have many problems with post processing, sales and service, the interests of the farmers is often violated by fake seeds. Some seeds processing enterprises began to try to use information technology to monitor the post process, sale process and got some achievements, but monitoring process is still in the exploratory stage. In the view of the problems in the process of quality control of seed production,RFID is put forward to realize the effective integration of seed production information flow and business flow. This technology is to improve the existing management mode, and ensure the quality of the seed at the same time, to let farmers buy the rest assured,high-quality seeds.With in-depth analysis of seed processing enterprise business process, and give full consideration to the seed production industry standard, industry development trend, RFID and MVC framework structure have been used for system building. And then select SQL Server as the database platform in view of the enterprise business characteristics; design the seed processing quality traceability system with the IIS server for the application. Traceability system completed from seed cultivation, acquisition, processing to sales with three modules:grain management, process management, warehousing, and logistics management. Seed quality traceability was greatly increased with the traceability system, and has many advantages such as: more accurate, reliable date and more convenient operation. At the same time, greatly reduce the operation cost of seed processing and improve the market competitiveness of products.The MVC architecture adopted in this paper makes the system have good expansibility and reusability. After programing implementation and system testing, each function module has been implemented successfully and stepped into the stage of trial operation. Proved by practical use, system designed with the MVC architecture structure has a good fault tolerance performance, and run stably, can satisfy the demand of seed processing in quality regulatory in enterprises.
