With the continuous development of society and improvement of human economic conditions and living standards,people pay more attention to food safety.However,food safety incidents are a serious threat to human physical and mental health.As one of the most important parts of human food,the safety of aquatic product has become a hot topic.As the quality of aquatic products may occur from breeding to consumers in any part,so we need to use policy control and process monitoring to ensure the safety and quality of aquatic products.Wireless sensor network(WSN)can monitor various environmental monitoring objects in real time in the network coverage through the integration of wireless communication technology and information processing.The collection and analysis of information has important scientific significance and broad application prospects.The use of WSN can be more convenient to monitor and manage the transport environment of aquatic product.The long process of monitoring aquatic products from breeding to consumer requires a complete,modern monitoring system.This paper establishes a monitoring system that continuously and automatically monitors the environmental parameters of transportation of aquatic products,based on the wireless sensor network technology,in order to meet the demand of real time monitoring environmental data in aquatic product traceability and the functional need of monitoring system.The data transferred in the WSN may be relevant and redundant.The problems about how to effectively compress large amounts of data in the network and reduce energy consumption during transmission,always attract scholars to study.In this paper,according to the correlation among the data,a new data compression algorithm based on cross correlation sequence is proposed.The two types of nodes in the network(cluster and head)perform their respective compression: Cluster nodes compress multiple attribute data according to their importance;the cluster header node decompresses the data from the nodes in the cluster and decompresses the decompression data,thus reducing the communication energy to the maximum extent.The compression algorithm of the cluster head nodes may lead big data distortion after compressing in some cases.This paper puts forward an improved data compression method of cluster head node's data.Although there is no improvement in energy savings compared to the methods before,this method ensures the authenticity of data,to make a timely response to the problems in the environment.This paper proposes a system based on the combination of wireless sensor network and mobile terminal,which can monitor the transportation environment in the process of traceability of aquatic products for real-time multi parameter monitoring.The system can effectively solve the problems of less monitoring parameters nodes and unscientific node distribution in other transport environment monitoring systems.The article first constructs the whole framework according to the system's functions.Then it proposed a solution for the problems in the system hardware and software,involving various communication mechanisms and multiple sensor integration.At last,the paper shows that the system has many monitoring parameters,scientific node distribution,high precision and energy savings,and possesses better practical application value in the transportation process of monitoring aquatic product through experiments.The research results provide theoretical and practical application basis for the data collection of transportation environment in the process of traceability of aquatic products,which solve many problems in the monitoring process of transportation environment and can be applied in the process of aquatic product logistics and transportation.The prospects are very broad with potential economic benefits.
