In nowadays electronic measurement field, traditional and single function’s measuring apparatus can’t satisfy the demand of equipment complicated and test parameters diversity. The broadband digital comprehensive test instrument integrates a variety of independent measure modules and signal synthesizer into a system. It makes the apparatus not only has the miniaturization, function rich, strong stability and other characteristics, but also raise the comprehensive test ability, strengthens the electronic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and solving ability. This comprehensive test instrument is mainly constituted by the digital oscilloscopes, scalar network analyzer, signal synthetic source and other seven function modules.This paper according to the project needs, basing on the characteristics of the comprehensive test instrument to design related software modules and to optimize the unfinished software modules. This paper also gives the solutions of issues which met at practice.The main contents include:[1] According to the hardware platform of comprehensive test instrument, this paper introduces the design of the software solutions, including software framework design, application software and hardware interface layering design function design project;[2] Expounds the related instrument modules’ software design of the comprehensive test instrument,, such as the frequency meter/power meter, synthetic source module;[3] The complete results for software, and relative module for perfect and the optimized design, detailed introduces the oscilloscope and scalar network analyzer module;[4] According to the practice and debugging results, improving and optimizing the related modules and introduces the oscilloscope and scalar network analyzer module in detail; At present, the comprehensive test instrument has been passed combined testing, the software can stable operate in comprehensive test instrument system, the function module can operate independently and achieve test standard. This project has been through the final project checked and accepted.
