Research And Implementation Of Instrument Automatic Test System

With the rapid development of communication technology, electronic technologyand computer technology, automatic test system has been the rapid development andextensive application in many fields, especially in military field, its development israpid. At present, all the countries in the world have invested a lot of manpower andfunds, research on automatic test system for the services of general, I combine theinstrument types, the actual verification method is backward, in order to improve theverification efficiency, and the University of Electronic Science and technology jointlydeveloped instrument calibration vehicle.This paper studied the instrumentation automation calibration system is thescientific research project. First, analyzes the development status of domestic andinternational instruments and automatic test system, then studied the various kinds ofinstrument bus technology and automatic test system software technology anddevelopment environment, finally, I research the realization method of automaticverification system instrumentation, including automatic verification system instrumentplatform, implementation method of hardware and software, in the software designfocuses on the design of the system calibration module software design and databasedesign, the optical power meter calibration module as an example of the use of the IVIspecification, implementation of interchangeable instrument.
