Research On Static Strain Gauge Meter With All Electronic Switch Common Temperature Compensation

In this paper, a static strain gauge meter with all electronic switch common temperature compensation is studied and designed. A model of this kind of gauge meter is desiged and developed. This model uses all electronic devices to switch testing channels. Colorized LCD is used to display testing messages in this model. The capability of this model measures up design demanded.First of all, the paper lists some design disadvatages of the static strain gauge meter in the maket. Then the paper show some improved measures and design demanded, which are used in this gauge meter model. The model of this kind of gauge meter includes two main parts: control and display. The section of control makes up of system on chip (SoC) and its peripheral interface circuit, multi-channels excitation source switch circuit, multi-channels sensor's signal input switch circuit and so on. The section of display includes MCU and its peripheral interface circuit, LCD display module and so on. The paper lists all details about the model's hardware design and application development.At the chapter six, the paper lists some testing data, which were obtained by the gauge meter model. Then the paper uses statistic theory to analyze those data. At the end of paper, some summarization about the test capability of the model and prospect about the static stain gauge meter were given.
