Meanwhile, using real time clock calendar circuit RS5C372A and TC74digital temperature sensor provide time clock and enhance its running clock precisiondegree through temperature compensation. At the same time, using watchdog circuitsmonitors systems' operation and improves the anti-jamming capability. PLCi36C carriercommunication module uses spread-spectrum modulation, through low-voltage powerline carrier reliably transmitting data and electricity.In terms of software, not only using modular programming ideas, compiles thecorresponding procedures, and achieves multi-user meters' metering, display, storage, butalso using backup of'data, improves the security of data storage. Meanwhile, throughreal-time clock calendar achieves a multi-rate measurement method, and throughtemperature compensation enhances the clock running accuracy. Through low-voltagepower line communications system, using spread spectrum modulation methods achievesthe data transmission communication with the controllers. At the same time, taking thepassword authentication, software traps effective measures improves the reliability of thesystem.Centralized power multi-rate meters has the advantage of wide range, high accuracy,low power consumption, and simple installation. It can compile electricity measuring,anti-theft, multi-rate, remote meter reading and other functions with high social value.
