Particularly for industry equipments manufactory to say, the ex- period in a factory needs to process the necessary function test to the product with the performance test, if these completely depend on the artificial, the efficiency and quantity can't get to the reliable guarantee.The large-scale product production, can large scale increase the manpower cost, lower the market competition ability of the product. The testing of power amplifier module urgently needs to introduce the automation test.The paper acts according to this kind of actual demand, refers to other radio frequency module automation test systems, designed the power amplifier module automation test system. This system includes computer, radio frequency instrument, test veneer, ampere meter as well as each kind of conjunction cables. As primary controlling machine, the computer is connected through the GPIB card and the radio frequency instrument, actualizing the instrument establishment, the data reading, and comparing with the index range which established in advance to show the performance index of the module whether meet the demands. Through RS-RS232 communication with the test veneer, the computer collects the interface signals of tested module to judge whether its connection function is self-contained.The modern automation testing system of radio frequency module can save a lot of design resources for the building of the automation testing system of power amplifier in the article.
