Precision Winding Machine Control System Design And Implementation

With the development of the domestic electronics industry, precision wirewoundresistors of electronic components with high reliability have a wider range ofapplications. But because of the level of technology and technical conditions of theresistor manufacturer, quality fail to meet the requirements of wirewound resistors.Therefore, the development of resistor winding machine of the precision wirewoundresistors is desperately needed.The thesis focuses on this need, design a precision resistance winding machinecontrol system. The system is based on the PLC control system. All of the productionprocess will be done automatically. Include automatic feeding, constant tension wire-feeding, the first point of welding, automatic winding, online testing, spot welding,resistance screening processes. The main works are as follows:Firstly, the thesis study the control system based on PLC control technology.Secondly,the overall design of winding machine control system,including systemcomponents, control theory, process design.Thirdly, thesis design and realize the key technologies of the system, including theconstant tension control, control line resistance testing and screening, precisionwinding of the motor control of the cable and other key technologies.Finally, the detailed design and implementation of the system, including thecontrol system hardware and software design, but also to make the system error analysis.Through the test, the control systems of winding machine proved that thesystem has the advantages of high reliability, high efficiency,automatic, and effectivelyimprove the accuracy of a winding machine winding, the success rate of fine resistancewire welding, can produce high-quality precision wirewound resistors to meet thedesign requirements, and filled the blank of the domestic type of control system.
