The main content of this paper is to carry out a set of design of the precision wilding machine control system, which can be able to make the mechanical structure runn efficiently. In the design process, we take the tension as well as the winding principle as the foundation, through the analysis of the generation of the tension, changing rule, tension control and motion form, we put forward the single spindle drive control system design, and emphatically explains the single spindle of precision tube winding machine design, at the same time also the corresponding anti interference analysis.According to the mechanical design, in-depth understanding of the system structure, working principle, model and calculation method and the production process, in this paper based on the touch screen, FPGA, single chip microcomputer, frequency conversion controller, the yarn, the angle sensor and encoder set of electric control system was designed. In this paper, the working principle of the system, device selection, process design, hardware design, software design, debug programs as well as in the design of all aspects of the problems and solving methods are discussed in detail, at the same time, also gives the corresponding procedures and related structure diagram, flow chart.Through long time tested in the laboratory, the system also manufacturers in the production test. The results show that, the system has a relatively stable state, using conveniently, it is very suitable for Chinese industrial workers. In the hope that through unremitting efforts, to achieve the product market.
