The microwave power module (MPM) is widespread concern, because of the vital role in electronic warfare systems. The microwave solid-state power module, a part of the microwave power module, has an important impact on overall system performance. Therefore, the research on microwave solid-state module is very necessary. Microwave solid-state drive module not only provides power to drive the after-class traveling-wave tube, and balance the output power of the module. The amplitude equalizer is achieved by the equalizer, and as a result the equalizer is the key to the design of solid-state drive module.The thesis detailed analyzes the principle and structure of the microwave solid-state power module, According to actual requirements, a set of2-6GHz and a set of6-18GHz microwave solid-state drive modules are designed and satisfied targeted.The thesis completes multiple sets of gain equalizers, which meet the actual engineering requirements. Because of a serious problem that the difference between simulation and the actual in conventional6-18GHz equalizer, the method used in this paper is that a thin-film resistors instead of the lumped parameter resistance. At the same time, it designs a suspension microstrip equalizer; the experiment proved that this equalizer has a smaller differential loss.
