The Design And Implementation Of Telecom Customer Data Analysis System Based On Data Warehouse

In recent years，the cases of data warehouse system construction are more and more inthe domestic large and medium-sized enterprises.In addition, with the further opening ofmarket and growing of competition in the business, the demand of analysis on businessmarket, monitoring and evaluation on operational status are increasing. There will be moreenterprises to build data warehouse system. How to build data warehouse systems andimplement data analysis to meet enterprise’s requirement of flexible and various statistic andanalysis is an important issue of data warehouse construction. This thesis gives a method ofestablishing a telecom industry data warehouse system and building a data analysis through adata warehouse system-building process in telecom industry, with reference to thecharacteristics of telecom industry.This paper first introduced the research background, current situation and level system athome and abroad, expounded the relevant theoretical foundation about the system, discussedthe technology of the data warehouse, determined the architecture of the system. Secondly,took the Telecom’s "broadband user" subject as an example, detailed analysis the keytechnology of our job content and related method about the data warehouse. This paper usedthe data warehouse’s three layers structure, combined with the system implementation process,to study the data warehouse technology in project application. Finally, using the open sourceBI(Business Intelligence) suite-Pentagon BI, to build a flexible, convenient, suitable forTelecom’s staff use of OLAP analysis, statement analysis and data mining analysis platform.This system has effectively increased the Telecom’s data analysis capability. Make theenterprise who can grasp their own business, customer development, and accurate insight andget the market trend and decision-making information. At the same time, this system using ofthe open source tools, greatly accelerate the system development cycle, reduce the cost ofdevelopment, bring good benefit for the enterprise,.
