Requirement Analysis And System Design Of The Telcom Carrier’s Online Business Hall System

As the reform of the Chinese telecommunication industry is going on, the competitions between telecom companies become more and more severe. Telecom companies now focus on their service quality and take it as a main method to keep their competitiveness. E-channel or say self-service system grasps the attention of telecom companies because of its low-price, high-volume and vivid performance.This essay is based on a real E-channel system of Shanghai Telecom, but beyond fulfilling the specialize requirement of local customer, this article try to work out a solution which can adapt the different requirement of other provinces with little effort of deployment. Firstly, This article introduce some idea of UML and design pattern. Then, it include3parts,(1)Use UML to analyze the requirement of E-service system.(2)Analyze and design the system with the former requirement.(3)Analyze the variation of the requirement, and redesign the variable parts to make it more adaptable.This article try to use UML and Java pattern to analysis the requirement of the e-channel system, and work out the design class, use design pattern to make the system more flexible.
