| Requirement engineering is necessary and important during software engineering, and crucial to guarantee software quality as well as improve software reliability.But requirement in the business application system development has been the nightmare for a long time because requirement engineering is one of the most basic and complex processes in software engineering. From objective perspective, the issues that requirement engineering faces have no bounds, and its performance has close relationship with the characteristic of each application area. Moreover, nonfunctional requirement and its relation with functional requirement make the engineering more difficult. From subjective perspective, requirement engineering needs many sorts of role and personnel with different standpoints and knowledge backgrounds. Therefore communication between these persons brings in more difficulty.These issues seem obvious and serious in telecom industry. Although currently in telecom digitalization, software development supplier has been doing quite well in requirement analysis, requirement elicitation and management are not well performed, which may even be ignored to save time when development progress is urgent. As a result, development teams sometimes could not fully understand the requirement. Therefore, the products could not be on time delivered and the end users are always dissatisfied with the product, which may cause the failure or at least unwilling acceptance of the delivered product. Considering the fast development of the telecom digitalization construction, a more scientific, strict and well-specified method for requirement engineering is necessarily required.The thesis mainly aims to solve these issues in requirement engineering in telecom business system.
