The paper aims at setting up agile requirement analysis model based on UML for PMES software requirement, and emphasizes on the research, has completed tasks below: 1. Based on contrasting and analyzing kinds of process methodology, absorbs agile method soul, explores the feasibility and availability of using UML to solve agile requirement analysis method. 2. Based on research of UML agile requirement analysis method, brings forward the effective requirement capture means of joint requirement analysis meeting, and completes design of agile requirement analysis model. 3. Captures PMES software requirement correctly and fast by agile requirement analysis model, accomplishes PMES research and development with the software requirement. 4. Aims at typical object, completes case's design and research, and uses into the engineering practice. The case example is developed successfully, which would help enterprises improving management level of information services, enhancing work efficiency, cutting down management costs accordingly.
