In ourcountry, the construction of digital campus is becoming more and more popular. Withthe improvement and development of the campus information construction in ourcountry, informationization construction in many of the universties had also obtained agreat development. Since the establishment of CERNET network in1994, informationconstruction of colleges and universities experienced several stages from early LANconstruction PC application stage to system integration and application integration. Atpresent, the foundation equipment construction of college network and hardware isincreasingly perfect, in the meantime, all kinds of office software and informationmanagement system is applied more and more usual, PC aided teaching and daily officemanagement based on the environment of network are gradually becoming theimportant means of teaching management in Colleges and universities. However, as the demand of users increasingly strong andrapid development of science and technology, the information integration stage iscoming.This paper is based on the campus network construction of the Inner MongoliaElectronic Information Vocational Technical College, and research from the currentsituation of construction of Digital Campus, also analyzed some problems in the processof the construction of Digital Campus, aiming to put forward an solution to using URP (University Resource Planning) theory about digital campus networkconstruction.Through this URP theory, we can accomplish a effective integration on information resources of our college, expand the space of our information constructiondevelopment, and enhance the integrated competition ability of our college.
