With the rapid development of network and University information construction, the college archives digital construction projects have gradually evolved into a key project of the University information system. However, the system of the school main business is constructed earlier than the file management system of archives, these business system are designed and constructed just for their own development needs, so some of the systems are lack of overall planning and unified standards of the school level. Not only the existence of differences in management style but also the variety of different, resulting in a serious "information island" phenomenon. To solve the "islands of information" has become the key of college archives in digital construction process of each business system integration of resources. In this paper, I propose SOA-based file integrated resources to solve the problem of "islands of information" to achieve full use of existing resources of the colleges and universities, on another hand to promote the construction of the archives of digital.My main research are as follows:by reading extensive literature and online practice survey, I get acquainted with the content, patterns and characteristics of the construction of digital archives. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the various solutions to the integration of archival information resources, I choose the SOA-based solution as the finally solution for university information construction. In order to the further design work, I try to study all relevant theoretical knowledge, and ultimately put the theory into practice.The main tasks of the design as follows:the archives of my school still work in a traditional patterns, and the construction of digital archives have just started. So they all lack of a clear construction of architecture. This paper designs a integrated architecture of university digital archive of SOA-based information resources integration providing development framework and reference scenario for the future of digital archives of the school building. The entire architecture is divided into four levels:the data layer, exchange data service layer, business logic and services layer. For each layer, a detailed functional design is afforded. The exchange of data services layer is the designed as the basic layer, and in this paper, the layer also adopts a SOA-based solutions, designing data exchange platform for all business systems. Also this paper affords the designs of the data storage, Web service interface, and unified identity. Data storage is designed to be archived to provide unified regulatory requirements for data integration and provide a unified standard to facilitate the archives of various information resources management. Web service interface and Unified Authentication are designed for demand for open information services for schools digital archives. Finally, the unified authentication is realized in code level,bringing out "one top" login.
