In recent years, with the development of information technology, information -based construction of Chinese colleges has made tremendous achievements, which improved the efficiency in the management of colleges and universities, standardized management processes in colleges and universities. However, due to technical, financial, national technical standards formulation and a variety of other reasons, the information construction of the entire school is not under unified planning.Each department works separately for the information-based construction according to its own need to develop or introduce application systems. So data can not be exchanged and shared between them, many"Information Isolated Island"are formed, which have seriously affected the further development of information technology construction of colleges and universities. Therefore, how to effectively realize the integration and sharing of information resources has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve currently.Traditional integration technologies CORBA, DCOM, RMI, etc. ,each has their own shortcomings which can not be overcome, such as loose coupling nature, lack of scalability and flexibility, constraints of network environment, high integration costs, etc. . The emerging Web Service technology, can easily realize the interaction and integration of cross-platform, language independence, loosely coupling on the Internet. So Web Service has been described as a new generation of remote exchange of information technologies and systems interoperability. In the article, the core of Web Service technology XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI and .NET framework is studied. After analyzing the construction status of information technology and the needs of integration and sharing of Heterogeneous Data Sources in The Quality of Projects Vocational College in Henan, the college data-sharing system based on Web Service is designed. The system is a three-tier B/S structure system of the distributed network applications, which has a strong compatibility, scalability and ease of use. After analysis, the user management functions are implemented using C# language under .NET framework platform. Some of the data query functions are packaged to be registered and called in Private Registration Center by Web Services. The system has passed the test of function, interface and performance.
