Model of Four-ins Line Loss Management is a mature model in current power supply companies with great theoretical and practical significance. It can show line loss rate, which is an economic and technical indicator of the national assessment of electricity supply quality, from various aspects of the electricity sector. However, the model in the actual implementation process is based on data from the various business units of the power supply business support systems, which is Independent or maybe heterogeneous. At the same time, the business they reflects is constantly developing and evolving, making it a problem that must be solved in the process in solving it when looking for a stable system architecture in a changing environment. The component-oriented development is a hot research field of software reuse engineering. It was considered to be a way to solve the software crisis which can improve softwares productivity and quality. The component-oriented developm ent is the only way for industrialized software production which has abstracted problems that applied software would faced. What’s more, it can form a reusab le component In operating systems so that it can be used by lots of applied softwares repeatedly. As result, we can conclude that the component-oriented development is suitable for Model of Four-ins Line Loss Management. This art icle is based on the background of a development project., Four-ins Line Loss Management, which is conducted by the CSPG,. After combining a large amou nt of reading references on the basis of the research-situation, summing-up the ch aracteristics of component-oriented development techniques, this article discusses t he component definition of the modeland its description language, thus understand s the component-oriented development model and its process. Then discuss the p ublic information modeling in power system, which is a general system modeling specification in power industry, complete the domain modeling, the instance of m odeling and data modeling of Four-ins line loss management, develop and desig n the components on this basis. To get an exact understanding of some key pa its in the development of technology model, I adopted the techniques of EJB/J2EE from Sun Microsystems, Inc. in the specific component technology and ch ose a specific business Component in modeling of Four-ins line loss manageme nt to develop.Taking the existing features of complex business, wide coverage, large volume s of data, strong correlation into account, this article investigates some key aspe cts in the resulting Four-ins line loss management system from the database, a pplication server and application development, and gives the basic requirements o fits basic data acquisition. In the database, I will discuss the separation of former and previous libraries, index optimization and the use of stored procedures by se lecting a powerful Oracle database to comply with the mass data of the power se ctor business. In application server, I will discuss the aspects of connection pooli ng and load balancing. In application development, I adopt code table cache tec hnology, use an independent computing server while the middle table technolog y has accelerated the processing speed of the system. The system is currently used in19Power Supply Bureaus of Guangdong Province of China Southern Power Grid. It runs stably so that it is able to me et normal business needs of the electricity sector. The next we will go on the greater granularity of the components integrated development so that it can meet the needs of unified projects of the Southern Power Grid.
