MIS (Management Information System) is a newly developed science. Its main task is to use modern computer and network communication technology extensively to establish correct data, and to make all kinds of information provided to managers for right decisions, by investigating the resources of manpower, material, money, devices and technology owned by the corporation, therefore to elevate the managing and profit. As the development of the economy of our country these years, the power network project grew enormously, and MIS was becoming an important part of power network management. However, the production of most MIS is now not under the same mode, the data that MIS makes is also not saved and managed together. Moreover, the producing system of different regions is developed by different producer at different times, the resulting data disaccord, "data island" occurs.In this article, we analyze the developing background and the situation of electric power network developing of our country and abroad, and describe the main problems the system solved. We also describe the system itself: developed by using RUP (Rational Unified Process) as method, J2EE as technology platform framework, popular Cordys BCP as developing platform, Oracle as background database, and advanced SOA technology.This article includes:1, the analysis of requirements of Shandong electric power network information management system, the framework design and system design of Shandong power network information management system based on the integrate and meticulous analysis by using advanced and popular developing mode and platform, and particular analysis of some of the module. Furthermore, we introduce its main function and some of the technology and complex processes, using code and language to describe.2, Detailed introduction of two of the most representative and core processes of Shandong power network information management system, works on module establishment, assignment, deployment base on SOA cycle, and the results of these two processes.
