With the development of society, the demand of the major industries and people's basic life for electricity continues to expand. With the reform of power industry, power enterprises will face new challenges and competitive pressures. The implementation of the power engineering project is the key factor for the survival of the power enterprise, so the management level of the power engineering project also needs to be improved. This thesis is based on the background of STATE GRID Fuzhou Electric Power Supply Company's power engineering project management, which used object Object-oriented method and UML modeling. Researched and analysed the project management system for electric power engineering.This thesis researched and analysised the Power Engineering Project Management system in STATE GRID Fuzhou Electric Power Supply Company. The thesis conducted in-depth research on current domestic and foreign electric power engineering project management system, especially on domestic issues related to the system. Also the thesis puts forward the significance of the project,which is to design and analyse t the Power Engineering Project Management system in STATE GRID Fuzhou Electric Power Supply Company, which is based on software engineering and combined with the characteristics of electric power engineering project with the actual situation of Fuzhou power supply company.A detailed analysis of the business needs was carried out for the project management system of STATE GRID Fuzhou Electric Power Supply Company and optimize the business process has been proposed. At the same time, the system functions are analyzed and designed from six aspects:organization management, planning management, purchasing management, quality management, acceptance management and system management, in the data analysis, the paper data systems of each function required for processing were analyzed, to an entity class diagram, the establishment of a database table structure; At the end of the paper, the paper summarized the work that did by authorer in it.
