Power electronic devices, for example, SCR(silicon-controlled rectifier), IGBT,MOSFET and IGCT, work as the block of regulating, controlling, converting and switching inpower supply system. Then the control system of the devices also deserves careful study. Atrigger control system of SCR is presented in the thesis which could be used to control thesedevices above. Based the existing works, the author tries to make some valuableimprovements, and redesign some key blocks in the trigger control system.A full digital de-jitter method is presented here which is used to tackle the intensivenoise in some complicted industrial environments. Its function is eliminating the redundantlittle repulse group in synchronous square wave which is produced when the input sine signalspass into zero comparators, so as to remove the unwanted trigger action.Frequency drift is usually inevitable while the power grid cannot transfer the absolutestandard50Hz power to the user port. Then a frequency drift self-adaptive circuit is putforward here. Its fundamental principle is to adjust the frequency of the clock used in phaseshift block according the input sine signals through measuring the actual frequency andadjusting the the density of clock pulses. Not only the accuracy of phase shift could be raised, the application scope could be expanded. The analog quantity, the voltage in the control port of the SCR trigger control system, must be converted into digit. So the SAR-ADC technology is discussed in detail, and a designis presented in the thesis. Its circuit structure is simple, and the performance is good. The testdata about the chip samples after trial production and a simple application are presented in theend, then the design is cheched.
