Children are the future of a country, children period is veryimportant for a person. For most children, they like the partnership withchildren television programs, children television is good or bad willimpact directly to the children, which make a high demands for thechildren television programs. For children programs,"children standard"theory and children cognitive mechanisms are very important. Thereare many articles using this theoretical to analysis the children televisionprograms in China. We also know that the education of the childrentelevision can’t be ignored, children television programs andeducational philosophy are inseparable, therefore this article fromanother angle,"Theory of Multiple Intelligences" concept to analyzeChinas children programs, Analysis of the development strategy ofChinas children programs by this theory.In this paper, we will describe three main parts: the first partintroduces the origin of this article, the purpose of this study,thesignificance of domestic and foreign research and innovation; thesecond section describes the status of children programs and audience;after we have a certain understanding of the basis of children television,this paper will link the theory of multiple intelligences analyzingdevelopment of children television.This is the third part of this article,which is also the most important content in this article.
