As the country provincial television children's channel to run, more and more originality children's TV entertainment programs appear in the audience of the vision. But as part of these programs main viewing group-children is a number and identification of low degree of vulnerable groups.Because children affected by cultural knowledge level, life experience, environment and the objective conditions limit. They can hardly through books, newspapers, communication, network media.and other ways to obtain information, so vast teenager children tend to obtain information and satisfy the entertainment from TV. It shows that television has become a part of life on children.Television on the growth, physical, psychological character and cultural knowledge literacy learning immeasurable influence. Based on the above problems of consideration, combining the current domestic and international media exchanges and cooperation with the fusion of background, this paper puts emphasis on the analyzes our country to children's TV entertainment development present situation in China.The research points out that our country children's entertainment programs exist imbalance of quantity and quality, comprehensive and professional imbalance, the welfare and commercial imbalance, the district distribution program resources such as imbalance problems and disadvantages. The research chooses the representative children's TV entertainment to analysis,they are "The wisdom tree", "The Dragon Club", "Family Show" and Taiwan YOYO TV.Finally the research gives some measures to solve these problems and suggestions. The research points out that production and broadcast institutions of programs should shift transmission concept, and improve program production concept. The program should industrialization and carrying out international exchanges and cooperation.Chinese children's TV entertainment should towards the advanced world level.
