The Design And Application Of Transportation Production System For A Big Air Company

In this pager we will discuss a system preparing for a big airline company to collect production data. This airline company has some characteristics, Large amount of scheduled flights (above40,000scheduled flights in a month); complex scheduled flights(high variety rate);Many subsidiary companies (above10subsidiary companies, located around the country and non-consistent business rules of them); Therefore, the production data collection system preparing for the big airline company should have the requirement following:supporting two ways of data collection (automatism data collection and manual collection), having a single data source and database but distributed processing, strong adaptive ability of business rule.According to function, the system is divided into two parts:Data Collection and Data Exportation. For the basic requirement, we must guarantee the accuracy of data that input to the system. So we defined a process to get our progress. the process is that Data Importation-> Manual Data Recording-> Data Checking-> Data Audit. We design a simple report system for the Data Exportation, which defines the report in common use. And we prepare a Data Exportation Interface by using Web Services for other systems.
