Research On The Development Status Of Broadcasting Stations Of Mission Field Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

As one of the basic radio and television institutions in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the Farm broadcasting station is the most close to the masses of the cadres and workers of the regiment and responsible for providing high-quality content for the audience,the division and the corps-level media.However,from the author's practice in radio and television internship of the Fifty-first-farm for five months long time,I find there are a lot of problems and difficulties in it in the group and developmentBoth the Farm-Radio-and-Television or the grassroots correspondents of various units are very lacking in news communication theory and news writing knowledge.In their news writing,I often find out some very low-level issues that in the eyes of professionals,such as misleading,too subjective,grammatical mistakes,the guidance is not concise and and so on.It is difficult to achieve the purpose of knowing of the truth to the leaders and the purpose of serving the audience because of these problems limited to their objective and accurate coverage.Many staff who works in the field of radio and television did not through professional theory learning and technical training at all.The author find lots of problem from their production of video and sound work,such as typos,improper shooting position and rough technology in the latter part and so on.These problems lead to the uncoordinated output of the screen and the sound.The introduction of talent system is not perfect.Many college-related students do not want to work here not only because of low wages but also the limited space of rising even the person who engaged in radio and television work in the field for many years.As for the radio and television in the farm,how to cultivate high-quality talent and retain them to establish a stable team is also an urgent problem need to solve.The current of group radio and television can not be in the business income,they can only serve as a propaganda caliber field.In this article I will discuss how to develop the farm radio and television and stimulate their internal vitality.And expand the influence and credibility of the group radio and television stations.
