In modern war, material transportation plays a vital role in the war, and we must have a very high requirement for material transport speed, the way of transportation and selection of transport paths. However, in most of the war, they used paper way to make static plotting, and don't take full advantage of rapidly changing information for dynamic simulation exercises. This system is designed to be more demand for a transport mission rehearsal system.On the basic of current situation, we take full consideration of the war situation and related research, and design such a transport mission rehearsal systems. The system is divided into users system, the task of building and running tasks. The development tool of this system is Flex+Java, and the architecture of Spring and Hibernate are used to process back-end data, at the same time, the popular Apache Mina network application framework is been used, Apache Mina can increase concurrent processing capacity of the system, and can solve the communications efficiently between users. Front-end interface was developed using Flex, Flex can achieve true separation of presentation and content. This system is a military simulation system, and it has high requirements for security, stability and processing speed, therefore we use Oracle database for data storage. The overall design of the system used B/S structure, and in terms of specific design details, we make some optimized design for the method of corresponding function.Finally, the designed system provide a military exercises simulating platform for users, and can set practice tasks based on user's needs can also make real-time analysis for the choice of transport routes in the exercises, what's more, in order to achieve the best solution, the system can take a variety of factors into account. We also added a function in the system to handle emergency situations, and this can really provide a dynamic computer simulation platform of military material transport activities.
