In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the level of development in various industries has gradually evolved into the level of information construction in this industry.Iron and steel enterprises belong to the heavy industry.With the continuous improvement of production costs,the competition among various families is becoming increasingly fierce.It is urgent to improve the production informatization level of enterprises.The transportation subsystem of Baotou Steel's ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)sales system designed in this paper is an important link in the construction of Baotou Steel's ERP.The purpose is to thoroughly solve the problem of inefficiency in the original transportation management through the construction of information technology.The system development architecture is based on the overall structure of ERP development in Baotou Steel,namely J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition)system architecture,MVC(Model View Controller),development architecture and DB2 database management.The system developed by using these main technical means can effectively solve the problem of low transportation efficiency caused by the problem of information transmission in the process of transportation management,including the disjointed entry and loading of vehicles caused by the slow or distorted transmission of pulling information,the lagged organization of loading,the occurrence of empty running of vehicles,the serious phenomenon of staggered pulling,return to factory and re-loading,and the serious phenomenon of business personnel and workers.Low efficiency,serious waste of transport capacity,high transportation costs of the company.Through the in-depth study of Baotou Steel's transportation management,the system design is divided into five functional modules to achieve business needs.My main work includes:(1)System requirement analysis,through the investigation of various business departments of Baotou Steel Sales Company,the main business processes and practical problems are obtained.Through the process combing and the solution of key problems,the functional modules of the system are determined,and the requirement specification is formed.The main function modules of the system include transport basic data maintenance module,transport planning operation module,distribution operation module,vehicle skin operation module and road loading operation module.(2)System function design,in the case of clear demand,start to design the function of each module of the system in detail.It includes module relationship design,data structure design,data table design and so on.(3)Implementation and testing of the system,combined with technical means to implement each module of the system,and then technicians do internal logic testing of the program,and finally organize business personnel to conduct centralized testing before on-line,through the results of testing,the system is adjusted until the on-line conditions are reached.After the completion of the system on-line,the expected work objectives were well achieved in the trial operation stage,which significantly improved the work efficiency of the relevant business departments of Baotou Steel Sales Company.The operation of car skin and vehicles was more efficient,and the company achieved the goal of improving transportation efficiency and reducing transportation costs.
